Okay how the heck do I figure this out

Okay so how do I figure out how many calories I should be eating per day to lose around 2 pounds of weight? I burn 1608 calories every week

I THINK it is 500 cal per day, per pound you want to lose. Wether that is consuming less or exercising more.

My fitnesspal app says I should eat 1420 a day with the exersice. Seems high though

1200 is the minimum you should eat per day. Depending on how physically active you are, it sounds right. My minimum is between 1400-1500 calories a day. Anything less and I don't lose.
