Really dont know what to expect, 18 & pregnant.

I found out a couple days ago and im scared to tell my parents, scared to tell my boyfriend's parents, scared of what everyone is going to think of me. I'm just really scared but at the same time happy that im going to be a mommy :') I know im young but i wasnt planning for this to happen. But now that it has i cant wait to meet my son or daughter <3

Well its going to hard but it is a labor of love thats for sure. Being a young mom does make it harder. If this is what you really want you will make it work. Good luck with telling yours/BDs parents and wish you the best.

Lol how did they react?

It's hard, and people are going to judge you, but you have to have confidence that you can do it and that you know what you're doing. Read all that you can and prepare all that you can so that you can be just as good a mom as anyone else. You're going to have to sacrifice, but it will be so worth it that you may not even mind.

Um not that bad actually, lol. I was only with him three months beforehand too, lmao. I did wait like a month after finding out to tell them though.

I waited until after my first OB appointment so that I'd have an ultrasound picture to show my mom, rather than have to explain in detail while crying my eyes out  

i was 20 and engaged when i got pregnant and was scared to tell my mom i was also still living with her. she always wanted me to get married first so i thought she would kinda hate me for getting pregnant first. at first when i told her she was upset but after a few mins she started getting happy about it and calling people telling them that she was gonna be a grandma. yall's parents could be upset at first but once everything starts happening (sonograms, you start showing, shopping for baby) they will become the happiest people on earth!!! good luck and congrats its the greatest gift on earth!!!

I was 18 when I got pregnant & had him a week exactly after my 19 birthday. He was actually due on my birthday.

But I was really scared to tell my dad since i respected him so much. I finally told me when I was four months pregnant and he only lectured me. He couldn't say much since i lived on my own and had a job. BDs mom asked if we had heard of bc before. like.. really? STFU .

I'm 21 and pregnant and I dodn't even live with my parent's I was soooooo scared in telling my parents. ESPECIALLY my sister! HAHA! I was scared I guess for the fact that my SO is 12 years older than I am..... and I had no idea how my family would react.

I was 20when I got pregnant and engaged as well. I lived at home, moved out at 6-7 months pregnant when I moved in with my SO.

You won't know what to expect until the baby come honestly. just try and read as much as you can about newborn care. PREPARE for it and take it one day at a time.

Just because they've given me so much advice about it im afraid its gonna be a disappointment to them

Things happen in life. I didn't expect to get pregnant at 20. My parents weren't exactly happy about it but as soon as that baby was born my mom was all over him.

now I'm expecting number 2 at 23 and every one is ecstatic
