anxiety

any other moms out there with selective mutism/ anxiety disorders? how are you coping?

I have a bad anxiety disorder it sucks!! I'm on medication but the last couple days it haven't been working.

I went off medication when I got pregnant and it hasn't been too bad. I'm a little worried about passing the anxiety on to my baby though..

I was thinking that yesterday when i was anxious i pray my daughter never has to go thru this.. but just got to give your baby a good life because i believed that i got mine from all the things i went through as a cold/ teen..

my whole family has anxiety. i think its pretty much hopeless for her

Don't think that way.. never know it can skip her my whole family has it and out of all my mom's kids I'm the only one with it
