energy boost

so my energy is super low- my dr said its normal for having a baby but she thinks i may also have something else so i have to get blood work done for enimea and cholesterol. Anyways what do you find is a good energy boost*no pills* when you have a baby to care for allday?

running and other high intensity work outs and coffee do the trick for me. lol
weight lifting gives me a boost as well
