It's fathers day, not stop being a father day! Damn I swear SO is being a complete thunder smurf. Wouldn't play with DD all day, change a diaper, feed her, or anything! I don't think I've been so pissed in my entire life! Then he wouldn't give her a bath because DD pees the bath water and he just got a new tattoo. When I informed him that infant pee is sterile and caused no harm I became an idiot and completely ignorant to the world. Being called names pisses me of more than anything especially when I KNOW what I'm talking about.

Ehh all pee is sterile, but still nasty.

The point is what does DD peeing in the bath and so having a new tattoo on his leg have anything to do with him giving her a bath or not????

The way you said it made it seem like he GETS in there with her. So I was saying that regardless of whether or not piss is sterile, I wouldn't want to get in a bath with it in there.

If not, then he should suck it up and help out.
Father's Day isn't really an excuse in our house (it isn't for Mother's Day either) we're both still doing our part with the kids.

I'm so thankful to have my husband. I'm sick as a dog and he basically shoved me towards the bedroom earlier and told me to go take a nap.

I totally think bathing a kid is okay. But for some reason, I'myself can't take baths. I know it's virtually the same thing but the idea of sitting in my own dirt gunk and stuff from the day grosses me out. I co-shower with my kids. And they both love it.
