Defeated by the pickle jar...

posted 17th Jun '12
I've been having some wrist pain which my doctor said is a normal part of pregnancy. Today we were cooking for my in-laws and I kept twisting or hurting it slightly until the pickle jar top made it clear that I really need to stop using my left hand.

It's a bummer and hard to have to ask for help for every little thing now so I think that makes me feel worse about it. I use a wristguard while I sleep, anyone else have wrist pain and if so what are you doing to help relieve it?
