Anyone doing it? I downloaded the app on my phone and I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on it. I'm so unhappy with how I look lately and I'm dying to get back into shape.

I haven't actually done that, but I've started doing something similar. About a week ago I started getting up and I will walk a little to warm up, then jog for as long as I can and then walk for a bit and rinse and repeat. I do it for a set amount of laps. By the second day I was able to do more than I could the first day!

I graduated the program on June 7th! I loved it, and I am running for 30 minutes, 3-5 days a week now. Amazing... because a few months ago, the first 1-minute run seemed impossible for me.
