Fever Help!

Kyler has a fever. I gave him childrens Advil at noon (which is ibuprofen) it is now 0630 PM I can either give him another dose of the ibuprofen or should I switch it to Acetaminophin (which is Tylenol right???) I'd hate to over medicate him.. or not do this right. I know temperatures rise naturally when you sleep and we are both about pooped and ready for bed.

the motrin is every 8 hours. so I would alternate between the 2

Tylenol u can give every 4-6 hours and advil I think is 8 I usually put tylenol in the middle of the dose of advil if fevers still spiking have u given a bath? We use those "be kool" thingys too we get them from walmart it sticks to their body we put on their back of necks... goodluck, how old is lil 1

Hes 2.5. So wait til hour 8 for the tylenol then?? I feel bad hes sick   i am doing a cool rag for him now.
