upper back pain?

ok so i need some help.. i went to the hospital on thursday, and they diagnosed me with pre-term contractions. i am 1 and a half centimeters dialated. they said that i would deliver within 2 weeks, and they gave me a steroid shot to mature the babys lungs. and they said if i had pain that was taking my breath away to come back.. well since last night i've been having bad, almost consistent upper and lower back pain. i can barely walk, and my ribs hurt so bad. any suggestions please?
