Mirena

I got got mirena put in june 1st, the first week I was fine with it and then started my period I think but it's been 9 days beingon it. I thought they said more than likely u won't get a period, never have I had a periothis long. Is it normal, should I call my obgyn. I think I want it removed I'd itdoesn't stop soon.

Everyone is different. My first period after getting it lasted 3 weeks. Now they are regular. Just wait it out. I wanted it out too but now I love it!

I hated mirena...ended up getting pregnant after having it in 18months and it almost embedded my uterus(sp) and caused me to miscarry my baby

It also states that it gradually stops. Mine started lasting for 2 weeks straight and it's a little better this time. Give it a least a few months

I havent had my period since the 1st of my befor i got my mirena i spoted all last month and nothin now i had a lil blood earlyer today but nothin. My so thinks im pregnant i told him im not its normal
