sick kid

It started yesterday by coughing periodicially, then by the end of the night she sounded very hoarsy. I have been giving her breathing treatments every 4 hours. She has a hacking cough. lungs sounded clear for me(when I listened with stethoscope, I'm not a professional however). Her oxygen runs between 90-93 when sleeping, and 94-96 when awake. She's been sleeping for an hr or so, her heartrate is in the 140s (is that normal when a kid is sick). I have been giving her water and powerade, she has a genetic disorder however called congenital adrenal hyperplasia. I was just wondering if I should take her to the Emergency room or if this can wait until tomorrow (Her O2 is good, but heart rate is quite up there), when she was awake she was acting pretty normal, except got tired and took a nap).

she should be fine if she spikes a fever, has a seizure, or starts vomiting take her to the ER. just make sure ur doubling up her hydrocortisone until she gets better!!
