More BD drama. I won't get into the details this time, but apparently he's going to have all of the necessary paperwork for joint custody ready and waiting for when I give birth.

I feel like that's bull but I don't know enough about the legal system to really know so.

Can he file all this stuff before the baby is even born?

Once the child is born he can file. Although a ss number and birth certificate and acknowledgement of paternity is needed.

Also the amount of shared time between you two will be very limited as a newborn, especially if you plan on breastfeeding.

No. Its just something hell sign with basically just states he is agree he is in fact the father. Its normally signed in the hospital.

If you list him on the birth certificate. If she doesn't list him at the hospital and have him sign, he'll have to get a paternity test through court when she files.
