Weed.

So lately ive been in and out of Dr.offices for lots of headaches and back pain.I also think i have depression and mad crazy anxiety.Ive seen my sister go through this before and its a pain in the ass to medicate and keep up with appts & all the other stuff that comes with it.When i was younger before i had my daughter i used to smoke a little here and there and i remember that i was alot more calm and with less pain.I want to pick it back up and try again but i am sure i cant get it legally like medical marijuana.I would have no idea how to even ask for it.So i want to keep smoking but i would never in a million year want this to affect my daughter.I would never smoke near her or anything like that.But say i get caught with a little bit of weed can my daughter be tooken from me? Even if shes not with me and im not selling or anything like that if its just a little bit? Has anybody had any experience with this before? Please dont judge me.

yes if you get caught with weed you can get your daughter taken from you its a drug . smoke it but don't carry it on you

of course she can if you're doing it illegally.Thank god i live in a state that allows medical marijuana.I have my card for my back spasms and anxiety.The dispensary sells massaging lotion with THC in it that works wonders.I also smoke and eat edibles.

Far from a person who has any room to judge but it would be a big fat no to using drugs period pregnant or not as yes it effect the child and yes a big chance social.services will be knocking on your door its not fair to your child and not worth having your child taken away and having soical services up your butt ! Why take any chance god gave you a blessing hold of on smoking the Mary j !!!!

I've known a few people that smoked weed only and had CPS investigate. They did not get their children taken away but they had to submit to some drug tests. My state has bigger fish to fry than marijuana though........this state is really bad with pills, meth, etc.

It depends on the state. Some are more lenient about it than others but for most, weed is the least of their problems and they know it.
That's not to say some places won't come down on you hard for it though.
In my opinion, a smoke every now and then isn't going to hurt anything. Better than popping pills all the time for pain.

Depends on the state & how / why you get caught.

A friend was recently sitting somewhere smoking. The cops caught them, took the stuff & issued them a ticket. As long as they paid it before a certain date they didn't even have to go to court. Ticket was $100, they has less than 10grams.

Don't run around with it. But if you smoke at home and NEVER around your child, and keep it hidden. I think you'll be just fine. It is illegal but there are a lot worse things you could do. It does not make you so retarded that you can't care for a child.

i would probably just do it only if my daughter was with her grandparent for a day or something . . . i know i could but i wouldnt try to take care of my daughter under the influence
