Were you afraid to go to the bathroom? I've been holding off peeing as long as I can each time because I'm scared of seeing something I guess. I'm barely even spotting yet, but I lost a little tissue last night.

did you have the surgical?

mine happened quite quickly, i went into the shower and a lot came out. i wasnt afraid of seeing anything, actually curious.
i believe i did see it, though its hard to tell because i was pretty early.
this was all 4 hours after i took the pill, most tissue came out within a few hours after that.

I've never had one done but holding your pee, at any point in time, could possibly cause a UTI, Bladder infection etc etc. Don't look if you don't want to. Good luck.

also, its going to come out one way or another. you cant hold your vagina like you can hold your bladder.

I didn't have an abortion, but I did see stuff when I had my MC in November. If I hadn't been looking for it I'm sure I would have missed it, it was very small. I think if you took the pill you were early enough that you wont see much unless you examine everything, KWIM?

I am not sure if you had the surgical or pill. but i know the surgical way you will just have clots and no visible baby. and in fact depending on how far along you are it will be so small that you would need to get down into the toilet bowl and fish around to inspect it to actually see something. the best thing is just to treat the bleeding like a heavy period and try not to look to close or think about it as a baby but more as a period. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

since you had a surgical you wont see what was the baby you will just see clots as if you where having a normal period. I did the pill and i saw it that was prob the hardest for me but then when i came out of the bathroom my 2 yr old son was standing there asking for juice and it reminded me of the reasons it was right for me.....that was yesterday. Im still feeling 100 percent that my choice was right for me. if you need to talk or vent or anything feel free to pm me
