Woke up from a nap at 6ish having contractions. Waited till after 8 to go to the hospital. It is a hour away so I wanted to make damn sure. Got to the hospital, was a 5 and the nurse said your staying. I freaked out! Dh is 3 1/2 hours away at drill for ANG. Called him, he cussed and cried and flew here! I got an epidural to try and slow labor down. In a hour I went from a 5 to a 7 without it. I needed my husband to make it. He finally showed up at 1:20am, doctor came in I was a 10 she broke my water, I started pushing. She said pull your legs back, my water sprayed her and the nurse and his head pops out!!! I push once for the shoulders and there he is! It was 1:53!!!! Daddy made it with 20 minutes to spare. I held off my labor for 3 1/2 hours so daddy was here. I wanted to do natural and my nurse said I could have but it was moving so fast and I didn't have DH, my emotions went crazy!!! However I am so proud I made it to a 7 all natural and I also made my body do what I wanted which was WAIT! It was NOT comfortable!!!
