I've seen ugly babies. I focus on something else like an outfit they are wearing or maybe if they have a lot of hair you can mention that.

I am praying so I really am I feel horrible but my sister is blinded by her babies fathers looks he is some gangster drug dealer thug who looks like a monster ...the child really scares me

Not every baby is going to come out being the cutest.

But seems pretty sad you don't even want to go up to the hospital to support your sister and see your own niece or nephew.
