Would this work? Weird oatmeal idea.

Ok firstly I call oatmeal porridge.

I have a desire to make porridge with coconut milk or cream instead of regular milk, stir through some compote raspberries and top with toasted coconut.
Is this gross??? Would it work?

I make porridge using the instant one but ignoring the directions and using an absorbition, risotto style method with light milk over 5 ish min. I think I'll try that method. Im so freaking excited. I think cream may work better than milk. nom nom

Yeah it'll be so fluffy and creamy and thick. Makes me want some now   maybe when I'm better haha.

We are dairy free and use coconut milk for everything - even mashed potatoes lol
