Blood in stool? 4 weeks pp c section

So i had a RCS May 17th and welcomed a beautiful healthy 9 lb 4.7 oz and 21 inch baby!!! Everything has been fine and c section went great! My lochia has almost gone away. Its like brown discharge now and not much of it. But i have noticed the last 4 times ive gone poop theres been bright red blood in toliet and on paper. Should i be worried? Thanks!!!!

HAPPENED TO ME TOO. Days before labor and days after it was a hemorrhoid,pregnancy causes them.

No. I dont think i have any but i dobt know how to tell for sure.

you would probably feel them...but i think you can have some on the inside that will cause bleeding. pregnancy can cause them but if it's a lot of blood and continues you need to call your dr and if they are closed call the e.r. and see what they say. my dad was recently (tmi) bleeding like a period out of his bottom and the dr just gave him to suppositories and it went away.

Yeah. The thing im worried about us how c sections can mess stuff up in there. Thats whats freaking me out:/

yeah the fact that you just had a c section make it something you need to watch. if you start having more then usual pain or heavy bleeding, don't hesitate to call the hospital. they should be more than happy to help you. maybe you can go straight to a postpartum nurse?

I have my checkup the 26th. But i think if Monday comes around and it has happened again im gonna go ahead and go in Monday.

Same thing happened to me! my CS was in January, but I knew I had hemorroids...so not fun...so expected the bleeding because that's what happened my first CS.
I was worried at first but by the time had my appt, it had stopped

I had my son in early January 2012. I started having bleeding 4 weeks after with harder stools...ugh, so annoying and scary at first. I went to a specialist and was told all 3 of my internal hemorrhoids were inflamed and the cause. Medication and daily miralax have helped fix the problem...thankfully!
