Raspberry Leaf Tea?

I've read that raspberry leaf tea is very good for helping tone yoyr uterus during and after pregnancy. Since this is my fifth pregnancy I'd really like to try it. Especially hoping it will help me with PP bleeding. My questions for you ladies are: 1) What kind do I get? 2) Where can I buy it? 3)How much do I use 4) How many cups a day and how often do you drink it? 5) Did any of you ladies notice a difference if you used in PP compared to not using it? TIA!!!

I'm so confused about this, I have read the same thing but I have also read that it can induce labor and in other places that there is no proof of that so personally I stay away from it because I have had to of my children early and don't want that again

I have bought it from Walmart, amazon and local health food stores. I used to drink about two cups a day. I started drinking it around 15 weeks. I didn't notice any difference.

Yes I have heard this too. Since all of my babies were born early as well I have not tried it but I am interested in its benefits PP. I'.ve heard it helps get things back to normal quicker as well as helps reduce the amount and length of bleeding. I don't plan on taking it until at least 37-38 weeks.

I guess I wouldn't be apposed to trying it later in pregnancy I am almost 37 wks maybe I'd let my self start drinking it July 1st ish lol since I'm due July 11th, I don't want to induce labor but if it has PP benigits it could be worth it but does any one know it's effect on a nursing mom, is it more helpful I don't think it would be harmful idk

Somebody somewhere does LOL I've tried searching the topic for other posts but still haven't found the answer. If you do would you please let me know?

I googled "How does Raspberry Tea Leaves effect a nursing woman and infant" I can't recall the website that popped up but the one I went on said that it helps increase milk supply, and helps shrink the uterus back to it's original size faster. Nothing about any cons just says it's safe but I think I'm going to call the lactation consultant on her pediatricians office tomarrow too to see what she says. I have to call them any way to let them know we finally decided on them   that seemed like a search that would never end so many in my area and heard so many bad things that we inviewed them all (I think all
