how are you for keeping liquids down? Because if you're really not hungry, you could just make yourself a smoothie full of fruit, if you're able to keep it down and that will at least get some vitamins into you honey so you don't feel as weak. When I'm not feeling hungry but I'm feeling weak I make myself a smoothie and it makes me feel a little better. All you need is juice (any flavour you like), and a selection of fruit that you like I.E strawberries, banana...(those two are tried and tested by me and they taste pretty good with cranberry and raspberry juice lol)....etc and a blender. Even if you can't keep it down for very long, it will be easier for liquid vitamins to get into your bloodstream than it will be for food because it digests quicker.

Hmm...I really don't know what to suggest hon, cause I haven't had any morning sickness whatsoever, but when I have felt sick or weak smoothies are the only thing that's helped, maybe try varying the flavour so your body doesn't get used to one type of vitamin, or maybe it's something to do with the taste? Maybe your body is getting so used to one flavour it decides it doesn't like it anymore and makes you throw it up?

hey mama I hope you are feeling better. I know that I still have the vomiting issues but I dont think its nearly as bad as you. I can eat but I have to keep it in small portions or i'll blow. Any thing funky smelling or CHICKEN will make me vomit. At night is when I usually blow chunks so the Dr. just said if I can keep more down at lunch time, eat a bigger lunch. Before I got preg. I usually ate small portions but it does feel like my stomach is shrinking. My eyes seem bigger then my stomach allthe time.Usually half a sandwich and I'm good. That force feeding/overfeeding thing makes me barf too.
My mom was worried because I wasn't gaining alot of weight and the dr. said I could go through the whole pregnancy and not gain a lb. but the baby would still grow. (Not the healthiest thing, but still possible)
I'm starting to get mad cravings though..like french fries and ice cream. Go figure. I'll take like 2 french fries and put it in the ice cream and be set. It's totally digusting but it works.
