Ughh.. I know what you mean.. When it's the weekend and my husbands home he makes me eat first thing... Or he just gets on my case until I do.. I always throw it up though... I guess the best thing is to find the things that don't bother you as much when you do throw them up... I know to anyone who doesn't have this problem that sounds crazy and impossible but hey you do what you have to... Your baby will take what it needs from you.. So it's really about getting stuff into your body for you... Hopefully you'll be much luckier than me and this will be your only preg. with this!!

oh I had that one, I wokeup with the worst heartburn and ran to the bathroom and when I was puking it was this weird sweet tasting yet very acidic liquid. It burned so bad! I felt like my throat had been on fire! The best way to keep hydrated is to sip slowly all day. it was really hard for me and my midwives would tell me to drink 10 cups of water a day , but I would be lucky if I could get two! I would sip one cup slowly throughout the day because that was the only way I could keep it down. Th worst thing is when I have puked already and yet I still felt naueas and would sit over the toilet having the worst dry heaves because my body still was trying to vomit for some reason, even though my belly was empty. that was always the worst!

Ya people who dont see it dont believe me, even my brothers thought i was just milking it at first so my mom made them spend a day with me, and now they are sooo sweet, they are like do you need anything, i feel sooo bad for you and al this stuff, cause once they saw how much i throw up and how bad it is they felt bad. But its hard for people to really understand   i hate it

yep, my fiancee was like that, telling me to tough it up and everything and how he wished he could be the one pregnant cuz he could handle it so much better! and comapring me to other pregnant chicks he sees around! but then one day we had to go to an appointment and I puked three times! one on the way there and twice on the way back! once his lovely upholstery was covered with my "weakness", lol he understood!

Im sure hungry all the time. I eat full meals then I'll be snacking after about 10-15 minutes after!

ya!!! People at my job were like its all in your mind... !!!!!!!!!!! I have been on disability... But i tried to go back and got really really sick and then they felt bad too for talking shit, i was like YA its all in my mind.
I hate when people do that... Your pregnant.. DUH.. tough it out.. im like YOU DONT GET IT... this is not NORMAL... ASS.. lol.
Its nice to have other people know what im going through, cause they have been there.

yeah people can be so rude and act likethat they're the authorities on everything! All of my friends had very little morning sickness, so it was nice to find other girls online who were suffering as much as I was. I knew I wasn't alone!   but trust me, it will get better, if not sooner, at least by the time the baby is out!

I know what you mean about ppl saying things about something they obviously know nothing about.. My MIL had 3 boys and never had a single preg. complaint ever! Let alone a moment of nausea even.. So, she just kinda fluffs it up to me basically milking the situation.. I'm just like whatever.. Screw you all! LOL

I took zantac for weeks for my nausea and the problems i was getting from all the acid and then my dr prescribed me omeprazle (sp?) and it has helped WONDERS with the nausea. I take it right when i wake up and i can eat breakfast like normal now and everything..and when i dont take it or forget i get nauseas. Might not work for u but i'd ask ur dr about it cuz it might help!!

thank u, im pretty sure that classifys under the types i have already tried, cause there is actually only two type of anti nausea meds, just different amount balances and different names, so ill ask.. thank you though
