Court rant.

Thursday was my final court date over custody with my ex.
He was awarded 18 hours (max) of visitation with her. The one thing i asked for was that his dad NOT get unsupervised visitation as he was inappropriate and gross. I won that. Thank god. Thanks to two letters provided by his mom and sister.
I'm actually happy with this.. BUT I'm super annoyed. The whole reason he never saw her was he was 'too busy with his life' .. He got 4 supervisied visitation between mediation and court.. To which he flaked on 2 out of 4. plus the make up days.
We agreed at court he would get her on sunday for fathers day.. on thursday, which he told me then he had it off already.. I STILL havent heard from him about it... I told him in front of his lawyers he needed to give me notice because im taking my state board test tomorrow and still nothing.. And i have a feeling i wont hear anything until tomorrow.

well t leastit has to be supervised. who has to be there with them? and if he wasnt taking advantage of his time before he probably wont again, so the more benefit to you  

I know how that is...I'm always happy when my ex never shows up. But he's so stupid. He will ask to come see her and then we set up a day and time and most of the time he doesn't even show up. I don't see how courts can even give these scummy pieces of smurf any type of dealing with the child. Court systems are smurfed up.

I KNOW.. the judge didnt even read the letters from my exs mom and sister, that stated his dad (grandpa) molested the sister..  
and he misread the letter from the mediator so he was going to grant unsupervised visitation with the grandpa.. I was literally about to kill him. but then he reread it and ended up fixing it.
but really? come onnnn
