Kid stuck in tire.

Has anyone else seen this going around on facebook? This is so horrible!

Ya I wondered same thing, and the reading says kids climb in these work trucks quite often!

What gets me is they took a picture first, and didn't help the boy right away. Pretty bad of you ask me,

Insurance/liability reasons probably. The kid isn't in any danger, I would've taken a picture too if I found some strange toddler in a place like that.

I guess. That just wouldn't have been my first instinct.

If they're at a work location someone could've gone off to get equipment to get the tire off while the picture taker stayed with the child. You don't know if it was their first instinct either.

Exactly, and they are showing how important it is for them to walk around their trucks and do a full examination. Kids can climb in there anywhere so quickly. I remember when my child was a toddler I had to watch his every move. He would take off into traffic the second you release his hand. Some kids can vanish so fast.. all it takes is turning your back for a few seconds.

I don't think I've ever done a circle of safety check but I will start now.
