Im 5 weeks PP my 3 year old is driving me insane, I'm so irritable and to the point where I kinda am pushing her away.. .. Im not intentionally trying to do this, but I am so stressed to the point I want to rip my h air out, should I talk to my OB about this on my 6wk pp check up? This is so not me.. I dont know what to do or how to calm myself... Its soo irritating and depressing

I wouldn't wait another week, contact your OB asap and tell them what's going on. Sounds like ppd to me. Just take a deep breath and try to relax. Is there someone to help you with your lo?

If you are pushing her away she is probably acting out for attention. Maybe set aside 15 - 30 minutes a day for mommy and baby time and give her a couple activities that you guys can do together and let her choose which one she wants to do. Also let her help you make other decisions too so she feels involved like have 2 vegetables picked out but let her decide which one you have for dinner that night etc. 3 is the age where my daughter loooooved to start helping and at first I would push her away because I was so use to doing evrything but she started acting out so I started finding ways to make her feel important and like I can't do something without her help and she completely changed! Its an age where they start becoming very independent!
