Can being sick drop your milk suppply?

Hi ladies,
I had a stomach flu that lasted just over 24 hours, and since I had it, my milk supply has dropped to the point that I barely have anything coming out. He never use to scream at me while eating, but he now is. He usually sleeps 8 hours straight, so my breasts are super full when I wake up, but this morning they felt like they do right after I would get done feeding him. I'm scared my milk supply is going to completly go away now.. what can I do

Drink a lot of water!

start drinking lots of fluids and nurse,nurse, nurse!!

hmm shouldn't have done that so fast. Drink a ton of water and keep hydrated. eat some reg oatmeal ( not instant) and keep putting baby to the boob.
