Any try it??? If not you are MISSING out. Seriously. I started using it back at the beginning of March, but didn't tell anyone because I skeptical of the results. Anyways, as of now I have dropped from 167-169(I fluctuate a bit!) to 138!!! I replace one meal a day with it (I do breakfast because I can make the chocolate one into a coconut mocha frap--yum!!!). I see so many people trying slim fast, diet pills like phentermine (which I did, and it does work, but not lasting effects).. this stuff really does work. I started as a couch a little over a week ago. I did a 30 day challenge with a trainer at my gym and she got me motivated to drink it!

I must say I am a little obsessed with the strawberry one  I use 8oz coconut milk, 4oz water and 1/2 cup frozen triple berry melody and mix it up... heaven in my mouth!!!!

Also, it really isn't that expensive once you look at it. I would spent $30 co pay at the dr and then $30-40 on weight loss medicine plus slim fast or some crap. This equals up to that and it is sooooo much healthier, reduces diabetes and other health issues, boots energy and so much more!

What do you add to make the coconut mocha frap?

8oz vanilla coconut milk, 1/2 cup coffee, 1/2 cup water and some coconut extract... add ice and blend!

That sounds really good! I wish it wasn't so dang expensive. Lol I have a hard time spending $$ to lose weight...but the shakes sound good!

I've been doing some research online on it...I just like the idea of having it for breakfast because I'm not a big breakfast eater either. I'll get in touch with you about it when I get back...I'm bound and determined to get back down to 130 like I was before!

I plan on it!  

I tried it.. and really wanted to like it... but the taste was just too gross for me. Now I just use protein powder which tastes way better and is cheaper.
