Arm exercises

So I have the flabby "lunch lady" arms as people call it lol You know, when you hold your arms out and the flab kind of sags. I hate it. Idk what I could do to target that area. Most work outs I do don't really help too much. Any suggestions of a specific move I could do? I have 2lbs weights and 8lbs weights if that matters.

Forget the weights.

Assisted chin ups/pull ups and push ups are the way to go!

I can't do pull ups because I don't have a bar. I do so many push ups a day and I still don't see any results. I do the 30DS and I'm surprised it's not helping.

This video KILLED my arms. I had no idea he was going to focus on them so much. I'm scared to even go near it again.

its your triceps muscle that may be the problem, target that muscle by doing triceps kick backs, tricep extenstions, tricep push ups, skull crushers etc etc. look online for more ideas & how too perform them. Thatll tone it but cardio will push that extra fat away. Try 10- 12 reps 3 sets when performing those exercises.
