Heartburn from HELL

It's getting pretty ridiculous. The past few nights I haven't been able to sleep well b/c of it! uhg.

I have it all day every day.

same here :/ It just seems to be getting worse and worse.

Have you tried Zantac? It's the only way I survived pregnancy.

Zantac stopped helping me a few weeks ago.

35 days now.

I have tums next to my bed... i swear i eat them like candy! drives me bonkers

OTC stuff doesn't work for me. Reglan and other prescription drugs FTW.

My doc gave me a script for the zantac, and told me there was nothing else he would give me.

I wanna throw rocks at him.

Tums make me sick. Before i was pregnant i normally turned to milk to help but ever since the pregnancy started that's been making me sick as well  

Totally feel your pain. I've been sleeping horribly from it as well, I end up in the living room in the recliner or on my couch because I can elevate much easier. A small glass of milk helps me and so do Almonds. I munch on tums and the zantac stopped helping me as well. I don't know if you have tried munching on almonds though, I just found that little bit of advice from a nurse I work with. We will survive and it will be worth it though.

O.o If my doctor denied me reglan I don't know what I'd do. Last week she took a bit to get back to me with a prescription so I had heartburn for 24 hours straight before I got my reglan. The lasting pain took 5 days to get rid of. I'm sure my insides are all scarred now.

He's been a dick lately.   I've also got all day sickness, and have ended up with the stomach flu a few times, and he still says nothing but the same mg of zantac.
