You may have a higher pain tolerancy, or maybe it'll take more time to pass anything.
Did they make a followup appointment just to make sure the pill worked?

Oh yes you are required to come back in two weeks so ill be following up the 28th. its just stressful wondering.

Maybe everyone is different with the pain.

My little sister did the abortion pill & she was 5 weeks and she in so so much pain, she had really intense cramps and was passing blod clots.

At 5 weeks there wouldn't be very much to pass. You may have missed it, or it could still be coming. My friend had a similar experience when she took it. She only cramped for a few hours and never noticed when she passed the tissue. Hopefully everything will work out just fine for you.

Thats what scares me cause I have barely cramped and I'm not in any pain. 

Watching I go in tomorrow to get the ultrasound and sat to get the pill

i can't say because i'm a little over 6 weeks and just now going to take the cytotec after 2 today but i will say that i had a miscarriage once, very very early. the day after i tested positive. i didn't have any cramping. just heavy bleeding and every once in a while a little burning feeling in my stomach. it's diff for everyone. i hope it works okay for you...if so...that's great that you didn't have much pain. i'm terrified that it's going to be excruciating for me...and i have a 7 month old to take care of
