re: Pregnant Thin petite people

I know I was going to say big congratulations for making it this far. Its has to be a huge weight off your shoulder knowing you wont have a super premi if she does decided to come now. Your belly hasn't been stretched this big yet and how tall you are has to do with it. I'm the size I was at 38 weeks when I had my first.   I wish I was smaller I really do. Just for comfort and avoiding the "you're going to pop her out any second comments." lol I think its going to take me longer to snap back too. 32 more days left or less!!! until my section but I hope she comes sooner so I can try for my vbac.

Thank you! My doctors think she's in for the long haul lol my nurse even told me "your going to be one of the ones that has to be induced" Which i really don't want to do. Why do you have to have a C cection?

I was induced. They did break my water for me. I was already in early labor when I went in and was 3cm. I was put on pitocin since I wasnt dilating every hour. She was sunny side up which makes labor/delivery much longer and more difficult. I also developed an infection from my water being broken for so long. I made it to 10 cm but with a contraction it would close to 9cm because of her position not putting even pressure on my cervix. I tried to push but she would get sucked back up inside. Her heart rate started having decells so after 19 hours of labor he decided to do the section. She ended up having the cord around her neck which is why she was getting pulled back inside and having the desells. Im glad I had it now knowing all of that. I have a ultrasound in 2-3 weeks to see her size and if its good I will get the ok to try. However im going to make sure my Dr gives me a u/s once I get to the hospital to check her position and see if the cord is around her neck. If there is anything wrong I will just go a head with the section. She has already been trying to make her appearance early. Last week I was in the hospital with contractions 3 min apart. So im betting she will be here around 38 weeks like her sister.

OP (and actually all the ladies that posted pics) I think you all look VERY healthy. But...I will say this. IM SOOO JEALOUS lol. Im a big girl, when I was pregnant I just looked fat   My face was fatter my arms, legs, but ugh. EVERYTHING. You ladies all look so beautiful pregnant.

The comment on FB was ignorant. I would never say anything like that...but I do like to call thin girls 'skinny bitches' ....but its love, not hate lol.
