LOL...its driving me insane... I cant even shop for bubs because I am SOOOO over green and dont even mention the colour yellow hehehe.... Its just wierd because with Molly and Jett we sort of had a relationship by 20 weeks because I would say their name and talk to them... this one I just pat my tummy and say please be a girl please be a girl LOL... OH I am getting to the stage I cant even come on BG for long because of the back pain... Oh well bubby will be here so soon and 2 weeks sooner if I get my way... I have had 2 c-sections and am hoping they will do it at 38 weeks rather than 39... that means bubby will be here in 39 days     .....

aww it would drive me crazy not knowing what i was having. but yet i think it would be cool to have it be a surprize. but today the technican was like do you want to know the sex and my boyfriend blurted out yes really loud lol.

No it's not okay. My brother's baby-mama smoked pot in front her of kids and when she was pregnant. Both have severe asthma. Whether or not it's related, I dunno, but it's a good enough correlation to me.

I will remain with my argument when it comes to smoking anything: You would put a burning pile of sticks in front of yourself or your child, so why would you smoke something rolled up in a little package.

It's a dangerously selfish decision when someone chooses to light up anything while pregnant or while others are present.

I used during pregnancy for morning sickness. I use now, and I've been breastfeeding for 16 months. I use a vaporizer for my marijuana. I was given the go ahead to use by my doctor.

My son was born 8lbs 1oz, and is to date the happiest, most well behaved, most energetic infant/toddler I've ever seen, heh.

Marijuana does not cause any sort of "defect". That's not to say that there can't be complications from marijuana use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, but none of them are defects, and the risks become virtually nil if the marijuana is vaporized or eaten instead of smoked.

There wasn't the option of "I'm not sure," so I didn't vote. I don't know enough about it, so I'll wait and read what C has to say about it.

Why? Because it's one of the most effective anti-emetics out there. That's why the government has allowed a synthetic THC called marinol to be developed for use with cancer patients and other patients that cannot keep food down.

Phenergan and Zofran works wonders, it's just you don't get high off of them. And even these can carry risks, just with anything someone intakes, whether it's herbal or manmade. I'm not saying THC doesn't have medicinal puposes, I agree it does. I just also feel that people will find any excuse to smoke weed. For me, it's not just about weed. It's about smoking in general.

Not everyone smokes weed, though. The danger from weed comes from smoking it, because it deprives the fetus of oxygen, etc. If it's vaporized or orally ingested, that risk is pretty much nil.
