Juicing recipes

Anyone have any yummy ones? I bought apples, carrots, kale, spinach, cucumbers, celery, lemons, and mangos.


Im doing a juice cleanse for ten days.

Good luck!! I did one and only lasted ten days. Small tip to start - Don't freeze your veggies. Fill your sink with water, throw in about half a cup of vinegar and dump the veggies in. Let them sit and then rinse them off after about 10 minutes. It kills all the crap that grows the mold in your fridge.



My favorite is 2 apples, 2 carrot, 1/4 inch ginger. Refreshing, good for you.

When it comes to greens though it's 2 granny smith apples, kale, spinach, 1/2 a cucumber. Then I just groan and chug.

YUM! I don't have any other recipes which I know sucks. I'd go to Barns & Noble and sit in the recipe section, grab some juice books, and snap some photos.  

I made some tonight which had two apples, two carrots, spinach, and celery. It was really tasty.
