How did YOU do it?

How did you get your toddler to stop pooping in their panties?

DD is fully potty trained, even at night except for pooping. She is always going in her panties. I have tried being consistent and telling her to go on the potty but nothing works. I tried watching for her signals such as hiding to go but now she's got it down to such a science that she can get out of my sight for 2 seconds and go. I tried putting her in the shower to clean her off when she does this because she HATES the shower and I thought it would be helpful but I don't want to traumatize her. HELP!

I would just keep trying, And be sure to reward her when she does go, Maybe get something you know she really really likes and wants and tell her that if she goes poopy in the potty, Thats what she'll get (A special doll? Colouring book?Favourite lolly? New fancy knickers?) Other than that, I'm not sure what else you could try :/
