No dont be too worried. I got really sick around 23 weeks and my doctor said to just ride it out and keep taking care of myself.
Do you have food poisoning you think? idk if that would make it any different but maybe

Just try to tell yourself you are not sick. I know it sounds crazy but when I was pregnant I was always so afraid of getting sick I think Id psych myself up and feel like I really was every time Id go around someone sick.

You can get a stomach bug from touching door knobs lmao. It's basically someone not washing their hands after the bathroom well enough or preparing food with dirty hands also.

You'll be fine. You don't have to eat after someone to get sick. Just make sure you drinks tons of water so you don't get dehydrated. Dehydration can cause contractions and you don't want that.

I am so glad you posted this because I just posted almost identical question an only got one response. I had a hard night. I am 36 weeks pregnant. I have had a call in to my doctor all day so I will post when /if they finally call me back and tell what they have to say about being sick with tummy stuff pregnant. Hope you feel better really soon.

I would just stay Hydrated, if you end up tossing your cookies too and can't drink water, you can always go to ER to get a fluid IV so you wont get dehydrated again. I got sick at 26 weeks pregnant, thought it was the tummy bug, called Doctor they thought so too, went to hospital 2 hours later to get some fluids, 5 hours later after tons of tests, turns out I had appendicitis and had to get an emergency surgery. All turned out better than expected and the baby will be here any time now, but I do understand being worried when something is off in your body while pregnant. Just take it easy and try to stay hydrated.

Just go to the nearest health food store, invest in a high quaity probiotic, take three or four tablets and then one more every hour until you feel better. Which will be soon.
Being sick shouldn't harm the baby, unless it's actually some kind of really bad food poisoning, but if you become dehydrated, make sure you go in and see if you need any IV fluids.
You'll know if you are dehydrated if you are not peeing, and if you can pinch the skin of your forearm and it doesn't spring back right away.
