So, Walid went to a nice restaurant today and got an application. We got home, filled it out and then returned it.
Well, I parked the car and expected him to come back out in a matter of minutes. The kid spent almost 40 minutes in there and spoke with both managers and

GOT THE JOB!!!!

Well, it's not quite that simple. He turns 16 on 8/29 and they told him that his starting pay will be $9 an hour and right this second they can't hire him due to his age, but they said that he has a job waiting for him on 8/29
I really honestly hope that they'll keep to that.
Walid said that they asked him why he wanted to be a dishwasher and he gave the best answer"Well, my ultimate goal is to become a chef and if I were able to get my foot in the door with this position(dishwasher) in such a great restaurant, it would help me towards my goal and give me a lot of education in the food service industry"

Damn, first interview that he wasn't even expecting and he freaking NAILED it!

I'm so darn proud of him!
