ohh trust me, i have curves for days!...lol i just want to get to 165 i think thats still thick, my thighs and curves arent going anywhere, im just working out my arms and abs....lol but thanks mama...lol

I would love to be 165 too. I think I look the best at 150. Small, but still thick

Yesss, nice and thick lol, 165 will still be plenty tgick, I just want to tone my stomach and arm, honestly i never even thought I would be where I am, I'm 173 that's still crazy to me lol I've been over 200 my whole adult life lol

good luck mama, it took me a whole year to get down 60 pounds, so get to it and stick with it! i promise its not easy but its worth it!.

How did you start? Did you do a strict diet and work out everyday? I've been a SAHM since my son was born so everytime I saw food I ate it. Now I have no idea how to even start this whole weight loss journey.
