Do you love it or hate it? (or think its okay, if you feel the need to be passive)

If you hate it, why? Scarlett O'Hara? Scarlett Johansson? Because it rhymes with harlot? Because its a color?

Or do you love it for any of those reasons?

I like it, just because it's a pretty name. I also love the crayon color Scarlett lol

I don't love it or hate. It's a pretty name, but not something I'd probably pick for my own child. However, I certainly don't dislike it.

i really like the name Scarlett. it's just a pretty name to me.

We were going to name this baby Scarlett Elizabeth if he was a girl. I love it

I'm a huge gone with the wind fan so I started liking it because of Scarlett Ohara. And when I was little in school I always used the scarlet crayola crayon. Plus it's classy.  

I'm so glad everyone likes it so far, so do I lol

I probably would never use it, just because I feel like its such a big name and a lot for a girl to live up to   Plus DH hates Gone with the Wind

I thought it might be one of those names where the association was so strong that people wouldn't like it

I wanted to name my son Rhet... but my mom was soooo against it lol then when my next kid was a girl I was sooooo mad I could have named her scarlette now with how dramatic my daughter is... my moms like u really should have named her that... when Jades having her melt downs my mom will call/tell me oh gawd scarletts at it again... going for her academy award   lol

I loved Rhet but my mom was like "really??? Ur not southern??" Plus my last name is "Retolaza" sooo if I named him that his name would have been, "Rhet Retolaza" lol so kinda like "rhet rhet" ehhhh still woulda been cute in my twisted head

Haha but I named him after James Dean soooo I feel a lot better about his name... and Dean thinks he's such a bad ass now cuz he knows who he is now and we've taken him to his star on hollowood and he's seen his bust/statue at the obsevatory where they filmed rebel sooo he's hott smurf now o.O lol
