Weight loss pills help

I just can't seem to lose this baby weight... I'm dieting and so far nothing! Working out didnt do much either  
I have zero energy or motivation to work out, I need some help.

Can any of you recommend a diet pill to help with hunger, energy, and weight loss?

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm just super discouraged
