The name Madison.

DH is like set on naming our daughter Madison. I, eh, not so much. I feel it's a tad masculine. But, HE suggested pairing Madison with Emmaline. Which is very pretty, and feminine. We have a Mason Alexander already.


What do you ladies think?

It's a boy's name (literal meaning? SON of Maude).
I hate that vagina's took it over. I really dislike it on girls.

Emmaline is pretty though.

Madison is one of the most overused names.

I have never met a boy named Madison, even though I know it's a masculine name. But I like it, but not with Emmaline, it sounds too rhymy

when i was 13 i told an aunt that if i ever had kids i would name my daughter madison. well about a year later she had a little baby girl. her name ... MADISON -_-

I hate it and not because its masculine, I know too many trashy and ugly hearted girls named Madison. Ultimate bitch name of girls born in the 90's imo.

Madeline is a great alternative.

Madeleine is absolutely beautiful.

I like Madelyn better...But I still like Madison. I think it sounds girly no matter even if it is "actually a boy name" I would never name my son that. yuck.
