Bethys not eating well?

Well, bethy is 20 months old now, and recently her eating habbits have been bad, she usually has been eating SOOO MUCH, now shes just refuses food, i kept trying to feed her yesterday over and over, she didnt want anything, so i gave her an otterpop and water. but everytime i put it in her mouth shed get mad and spit it out. is this just a fase? I know shes been getting the TERRIBLE TWOS, reallllllly bad. What can i do to make her eat? She just takes a couple bites in the morning then is done?

Let her feed herself?

Usually she does, But she wont eat now so ive been trying to feed her. And she just wont have it

Let her feed herself, at this age they want to be independent. LO went through a phase like that, she wouldn't eat at all. She eats now, but she eats like a bird. I asked her pedi about it and he said to just keep offering things to her, as long as she wasn't losing weight not to worry about it. She'd eventually grow out of it.
