Kind of nervous.....

Im about to head to my OBGYN that delivered my son. I still feel like abortion is the best option for me at this point but i have found out a law in the state of texas is that you have to hear the heart beat and watch the ultrasound before you ccan get one. I had alot of bright red spotting and some tissue clots fri and sat so im kind of hoping I miscarried. I dont I just am kind of scared I know no matter which way i go my life with be changing forever. I just kind of feel alone BD doesnt talk about it he is all for the abortion and that fine thats how he feels. I feel the way i do for my own reasons but Its still scary and hard.

I am sorry for your situation. I know how it feels! When I got pregnant with my daughter I seriously considered abortion, but I was already 17 weeks when I found out!!! I felt stuck. I had moved out of state and wasn't with my ex anymore (who was back half way across the country). With my situation I just couldn't have another baby. My only other choice was adoption. It was really hard, still is. But I know it was for the best,and my daughter is with an amazing family I was able to chose for her! But I dont think I could EVER do that again!!
I hope whatever happens in your situation is for the best.

I had to have an ultrasound done. And the machine was just right there..I couldn't help looking. You could hear the heartbeat too... It was an awful thing. And it made it so very much harder.

I regret it every single day. But at the time, it was what was best.

If I could go back, yes. I would have kept it. Things would be incredibly different now. But I would have kept it.

It's easy to say that now though, because hind sight is 20/20...

I think you should sit down and consider the pros and cons of each choice. When it is sitting there in front of you it may be a little easier to see a bigger picture rather than it just being a big huge scramble in your head. IDK if it will work, just a suggestion.

I think that is a horrible law  
I'm sorry that you're scared and sad   Though it's true that many women do have a difficult time with it, MANY women deal with it just fine and go on to have no regrets whatsoever. I wish you the best of luck with everything.

I made a pros and cons list I have 5 things right off the bat for cons a only one thing for pro while yes the pro is a big one I cant disregard the cons because they all make sense too. Thank you so much all of you for your responses. I wish i could tell my mom but its best i done I dont think she believes in abortion as well as she will be very disappointed i got myself in to this position, on accident or not.

Thank again I am going to make my appointment for Saturday and get the pill on Monday. While i wish it was different I really dont have another choice that would make sense in this time in my life.

I wish you all the best. If you go through with your choice just keep in mind always, why you did it. No matter what you choose there will be pros and cons, but just never have regrets. Always remember you chose what you chose for a reason. Its hard to have to let our brains over rule our hearts, stay strong!

It for sure is.......I know both in my heart in head it is best while yes being able to choose the other choice to parent would be incredible I will have more kids one day. right now is not the time tho if it where a year from now things would be totally different I have the app for tomorrow at 8 to get the ultrasound. I got one yesterday at my normal dr to be sure how far along i was. It wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. Maybe it was being there alone or knowing deep down what i had to do. I want to give my son the best life possible and all of my future kids that as well and it wouldn't be fair to him, me or the unborn to bring another life to care for. I just need to stay strong and remember one day i will have more kids.

When I gave my daughter up, that was one of my biggest... I had to not only consider me, but my two boys and the baby (I didn't want to know her gender till she was born) as well. That is what made the decision a little easier. You are a great mom, and one day when you are ready, you will have more kids, and you will look back and know you made the right choice.
