Weekly pregnancy model pic

I'm trying to enter a picture into the weekly pregnancy model contest, but when it's time for the "crop and preview" part there is a big white box that covers my picture. I thought maybe I just needed to expand it over the entire picture, so that none of it would be cropped out, but when I submitted it the entire picture looked blank. What do I do to get that box off?
