Ok so background on my weight mission, I was 129 pounds when I met the hubby 5 years ago, in two years in Miami I managed to go up to 171 , once I came back home to peru I went on this weight loss program, that also does acupuncture and went down to 143 thats when I got pregnant and went up to 178, 4 months post pregnancy I am at 162, so today I restarted my weight loss program!!!! Im hoping to at least lose 20 pounds, 30 would be a miracle lol, well I'm willing to share the regimen if any one is interested in helping me out, support wise lol....please wish me luck, anyone interested????

im usually around 150... im 180 now =[ 2 months PP.
i would loove to lose like 35 lbs.. thats wishful thinkink though.

ok girl so I started this week, they change it up every week, right now Im on a sort of atkins diet, I think the trick to do it, is to actually find different recipes, that way you have variety, right now no carbs or sugar, any type of meat, done in any type of way (except breaded)Oh an no hot dogs, pretty much any type of vegetable, except beets, potatoes obviously and no carrots, or corn,the only fruit you can use is lime or lemon, you can use mayo, mustard, butter, vinager, olive oil, vegetable oil, eggs in any type of way, and any hard cheese such as provolone, parmesan, etc, you can have diet gelatin, sugar free gum, 2 packets of splenda a day, coffee, pork rinds,cabanossi, thats a lot of ingredients so you can cook a lot of things with them, look up low carb foods and the sky is the limit lol......if you get a headache you should'nt be alarmed its from the lack of sugar, you can eat half an orange and avoid anything greasy for the rest of the day, and remember to drink 8 glasses of water a day
