Another Bad Dollar Tree Lot Number - false bfp

Lot Number 11157C36 is giving very faint false positives. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This (HUGE) batch has been recalled due to complaints about false positives.

they are not real!! I tested with Equate, first response and EPT all gave me negatives.. bought more dollar tree tests another lot # and negative.. so save yourself the heartache!!!

I just called the company and the woman said they did not issue any recall????? WTF!!! She's like, there are no false positives! I told her MANY women got the false positives a couple months back and she said they are fine....needless to say...I am irritated!

ya know I'm thinking i'm just staying away from Dollar Tree tests for now on....yeah they're cheap but they aren't worth this heartache.  


btw, whatever store brand HEB uses my friend got a false positive yesterday....a VERY dark best positive I've ever seen on one too.

Some of the ones I bought yesterday had these lot # specifically the 1157C36. I think that's the one that gave me the darkest positive yesterday!!!!!!! They need to acknowledge that the tests give false postitives. I knew better than to test with those sku#s.

Yeah...don't ask about what lead up to it...but I bought some so that they would remove them from the register area and for the hell of it...I did some and they all show positive, but the line varies in darkness...we shall see....

I was in there just buying those cute little ice cube trays when I noticed them calling me from the next isle.

I just read something interesting...

My tests have the same batch number...but are a different brand test than the ones recalled? Does anyone think that would make a difference?

I did some experiments with water, son's urine, and other stuff and the only ones coming out positive are from my urine....

yup...the same ones!
