up side down!

posted 13th Jun '12
Ok so i'm a little worried I have been reading these stories of women that their baby was upside down through the first half of pregnancy then when it was time for the baby to flip it flipped up instead out staying down and they had to have c section which I so don't want to have my baby has been head down the whole time she even implanted head down should I prepare myself for c section or worried at all

LMAO I'm sorry but she implanted head down? They don't even have a head when they implant

Anyway the baby can turn at any point until they are in the birth canal ("engaged"). They flip ALL THE TIME during the pregnancy... unless you have had a lot of ultra sounds, I have no idea how you'd even know how often she was or wasn't head down.

I've never heard of that?
My #3 was head down the whole pregnancy and fell in pelvis, by 30 weeks he was full in pelvis and I was in a hell of a lot a pain and he was born natural.
This is baby #5 and has been head down the whole time so far

First off, I don't know what most of that said. I speak English.

Second, I gave you facts. I didn't make any jokes.

A baby being breech can happen towards the end of a pregnancy although my first son was frank breech from early on (30weeks) and would not turn even with help, I had to have a c-section. I am not sure if this is what you are trying to expalin?.

She wasn't making fun of you being worried...it was what you said about implanting head down...there is no way to know that at all.

Your baby can be breech at many points in your pregnancy then flip at the last minute and vice versa...no way to prevent it. Why are you high risk?

Yes that's what i'm taking about but if the baby comes out breech can't that cause problems after and/or during labor and delivery

Is your uterus tilted or something? That sucks. I would not worry about a breech baby unless your getting down to the wire and she is already breech. You definitely do not need to make yourself stress like this.

I didn't make jokes, I laughed at something you said and explained why. Then I offered helpful facts.

I get you're high risk and concerned but you're taking it wrong.
