It definitely will! I had mine taken out 8 weeks after my daughter was born and as soon as I woke up from surgery I felt 100% better.

I got my first attack at 20 weeks pregnant with America. Though, they didn't figure out what it was until 3 months PP. I would get attacks so bad I'd end up in the hospital, only for them to insist I had indigestion and then send me on my way. I knew it wasn't but doctors thought I was just a silly first time pregnant person. They got worse and worse and I had a major attack in the hospital after I gave birth and after all the tests, they said it was a "mystery." But, the only test they didn't do was an ultrasound. Then my first mother's day I had a 13 hour attack. I honestly thought I was dying lol. I FINALLY found a doctor who ordered a sonogram and sure enough. My surgeon said he'd never seen that many stones in one person. My surgery was 8 hours, that's how filled I was, I had stones crammed into my bile duct.

They do it a lot during pregnancy I guess. There's lots of reasons I would rather do it now than after.

OMG! The hospital told me it was indigestion too after a 24 hour attack. Fortunately I'm still at the sludge stage.

I felt like a crazy person when I was pregnant with the attacks. I knew there was no way in hell it was indigestion. After I got my results I wanted to find every ER doctor that had treated me like an idiot and rub my sonogram pictures in their faces. But, I didn't lol. I did write my OB a nice letter though.

My ob didn't say anything but to keep my appointment with the GP. He said it was probably ibs but scheduled an ultrasound anyway and low and behold "biliary colic"

That was me last pregnancy, but because my liver enzymes weren't elevated they left it alone and said it would resolve itself after I delivered. It apparently did because I haven't had anymore issues so far.

My surgeon said this is a life long issue and won't ever resolve until it's removed. He literally only had ONE opening, and that's Monday morning lol

Yeah, I expect it will flare back up at some point, but I haven't had an attack since June so far.

we dont have blue dawn dish soap here, but we have 'fairy' which is made by the same company.

whats so good about dawn?

is there anything specific i should look for in a dish soap if wanting to use it for stripping?
