i think i'm going to do flats with a mix of wool and covers. and just wash in a 5 gallon bucket with a plunger. i wont use sposies at all.

You said what I was thinking lol even though that seems ironic to use disposables when you're supposed to be getting closer to nature lol. I'm not against disposables all together, we still keep them in the house, dd uses them at night and for days like yesterday when she had terrible diarrhea all day and got such bad diaper rash that she could hardly walk and was screaming in pain... I have no idea what was up with her poor little bum  


On a brighter note, one of my invites ordered from the c coop! Woo!

That's how I do laundry sometimes! Plus that's how I've prepped my prefolds. Its not so bad. But i'd bring a good few it I were you because depending on how the weather is, it might take awhile for them to dry.

Lol I loved camping. Even when rain came through my tent. I set up a hammock under some trees, made soup in a cast iron pot over the fire, washed my clothes in a stream...the whole 9 yards. It was very peaceful

Whats everyones favourite brand of prefold?

Im looking at getting a few for when our LO's have stomach upsets etc so i've got plenty on hand.

I also want to get some newborn ones... LOL ... even though our youngest is 5mo  

I need something super absorbent for our heavy wetters.

Ok so i've been googling non stop.. GMD cloth eez seem to be decent from the reviews etc.

The only issue is they don't ship to Australia & i can't find a stockist/online diaper website who does either  

If anyone can find someone who ships them to Australia i'd love you forever lol!

Flats would probably dry the fastest. That's prolly a good route.
