is RLR supposed to be super soapy???

i just dumped a whole bag on all my stash, and my future to be diapers(receiving blankets) and omg the whole tub is so damn soapy. I started scrubbing some of them, and now my hand is super sticky and soapy.  i rinsed like a thousand times and it's still sticky!! i'm dreading the whole rinsing process with the diapers.

I'm sure this has been asked before but does anyone use Mama Cloth? I've been looking into it and wondered if anyone had recommendations. I've heard good things about Domino Pads.

GAH!!! So effing frustrating. Microfiber will ALWAYS bead moisture without compression. Always. You cannot properly test the absorbency of it without compression. Sorry guys, had to vent here didn't wanna stir smurf in a group LOL.

You're welcome!

My faves were the 'colour snap' diapers - double leg gussets to contain poop explosions and PUL against the tummy so its great for tummy sleepers & didn't leak at night for our heavy wetter.

Double row of waist snaps too, so if you have a bub with chunky/skinny thighs you can adjust it to fit nicely

If you google the go green champ 2.0 they're basically the exact same.. but less then 1/2 the price.

I like both. Most of my fitteds are snapless because
a-I'm cheap and generally closureless costs less than snaps
and b- When I make em for Fel (and right now most of our fitteds are ones I made) I'm too lazy to add the snaps

Does closureless fit better with a snappi?

Money isn't an issue.. DH & I bargained... he gets to preorder another PS3 game and i got more diapers hahaha!!

If you had endless amounts of money, would you honestly prefer snaps or snappi?

Ohh and also.. does the snappi ever come off or make the diaper loose?

When it comes to surged or turned and top stitched have you ever had any issues with surging leaving marks on your bubs legs?

I don't have any fitteds (yet, have my 1st one coming on thursday!) but a mama I know says the serging sometimes leaves a mark on her DDs skin but it never seems to bother her.

Yeah i've heard lots about that too.. my LO has sensitive skin, even sposie tabs leave marks sometimes so im thinking maybe i should change the surged diapers to turned/top stitched ... which sucks because surged looks SO cute.

If money wasn't an issue I would probably do the majority with snaps. If the snaps have fdr (fold down waist) then they have basically the same range for fit as closureless.
I prefer to go coverless with fitted and with snappus we can. Fel can take them off so they're not safe for us to use without longies or a cover over em.
Snap fitteds she cant undo so theyre great for us to go coverless (I use diaper pins a lot because she cant get those undone either).

With most brands serged fits a little bigger than t&t (same with knits vs woven knits fit a little bigger because they have more stret h than woven).
I love the look of serged, but we can't use most of them. They nreak Fel out really bad, some brands use a super soft thread (whixh is only 2 that ive had compared to a crapton of others we tried that use standard serger thread) and they dont really bug her.
If your LO has sensitive skin look into what type of thread the maker uses before you buy. And if just have to have that dipe but it diesnt work out remember you can always resell!
