re: Cloth Diapers Rock, Bitches! Vol. 4

Okay, what the french toast!!!! I am NOT feeling these microfiber inserts. I was so excited to try pocket diapers  They leak like a SOB! I The inserts are polyester /polyamide. I prepped them like the website said, just one hot wash and dry and they are supposed to be ready to go. Aside from being cute, they don't function as well as my prefolds and covers. I even stuffed the pockets with the prefolds and they work way better, so I know It has to be the inserts. My question is, should I strip the inserts and if so, what is the easiest way to do it? TIA

What brand are they? I have a few different brands I had to strip brand new. Boil them.

Did you put the actual diaper part in the dryer?
Very possible the PUL needs to be sealed.

Sure. They're super super thin. I would recommend you get the bamboo blend.
