yeah that's my problem. As far as I can tell there are almost no options for kids bigger than say a 2 or 3 year old. And he's quite a bit bigger than that lol

I have sunbaby and alva's and they both do not need doubling for my kid unless overnight. They actually work better on him than the 4 layer blends.

Normally I browse wraps at night, I can take a break for some dipes.

Same here. And for those that sew, Kayla's Cloth Kits has a "big people" pattern that is for like 5 years through ginormous adult.
